All Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale. We are unable to accommodate returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped via standard shipping only.
International shipping is not available.
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.
Transit time is typically 5–10 business days following shipment.

Local Pickup – Brookfield, Connecticut
Local pickup is available for our clients at the Waterworks Warehouse in Brookfield, Connecticut. If you would like to pick up your order, please select the Local Pickup option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a formal email from our team with detailed pickup instructions, including available dates and times.

Please note: Orders must be picked up during the scheduled time slot provided. We are unable to hold product beyond the designated pickup window.
